Welcome to LumenPatio. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

LumenPatio is operated by RavenFang Technology LLC (“RavenFang,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate an online store selling home, balcony, and garden products under the LumenPatio brand. Orders may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and warehouses (U.S. and/or overseas). Product availability, pricing, and delivery estimates shown on the site are subject to change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly through our Contact page of any unauthorized use.

4. Products and descriptions

We aim for accurate descriptions, images, and prices. Colors, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly due to manufacturing, photography, or display settings. Where a product is a kit, contents are as listed on the product page.

We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities
  • Discontinue products
  • Correct pricing or typographical errors (including canceling orders placed at incorrect prices when the error is obvious)
  • Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, supply failure)

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund amounts paid for the cancelled items.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Acceptance occurs when we confirm the order and/or charge your payment method and arrange fulfillment.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount, including taxes and shipping shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Shopify Payments. Charges appear on your card or bank statement as LUMENPATIO.

Promotional codes, if any, are subject to their stated rules and may be revoked for misuse.

6. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or as otherwise required by applicable law, unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery estimates are approximate. Overseas fulfillment can take substantially longer than U.S. warehouse shipments. Review the product page for warehouse origin when timing matters.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, damaged goods, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All site content—including logos, text, graphics, product photography (except where licensed from third parties), and layout—is owned by RavenFang Technology LLC (operating as LumenPatio) or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially claim our content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial viewing as needed to shop.

User content (e.g., reviews you submit) grants RavenFang Technology LLC / LumenPatio a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Services and marketing, subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site or related systems
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, data, or networks
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to extract data except as allowed by robots.txt or written permission
  • Upload malware or harmful code
  • Harass staff or other users
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Third-party services and suppliers

The Services may rely on Shopify (or similar), Shopify Payments, advertising platforms, email tools, and dropshipping suppliers. Those parties’ terms and privacy policies also apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from ours.

Product warranties, if any, may come from manufacturers or as stated on the product page. Except as required by law or stated in writing, products are provided on an “as available” retail basis.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW DISCLAIMERS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAVENFANG TECHNOLOGY LLC, LumenPatio, AND THEIR OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THAT ORDER IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN THOSE CASES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RavenFang Technology LLC, LumenPatio, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where prohibited by consumer-protection laws in your place of residence.

Informal resolution: Before filing a formal claim, contact us through our Contact page and allow 30 days to try to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding individual arbitration: If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and RavenFang Technology LLC agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any purchase will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitrator may award the same individual relief a court could. Arbitration may be conducted by video, phone, or written submissions, or in person in New York County, New York, or the county where you live. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

Small-claims carve-out: Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court if the claim qualifies and stays in that court on an individual basis.

Class-action waiver: You and we agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person. If this class-action waiver is found unenforceable, this arbitration section (other than the small-claims carve-out) will be void, and such claims will be heard only in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Opt-out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by contacting us through our Contact page within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out."

Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

15. SMS / marketing (if offered)

If you opt in to SMS or email marketing, you consent to receive recurring messages. Message/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opt out as described in the message or email. See our Privacy Policy for details.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for material changes.

17. Miscellaneous

  • If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  • Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Returns Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RavenFang Technology LLC (operating as LumenPatio) regarding the Services.
  • You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
